Jason was great! Not only was he on time, he called ahead so I could put my 3 dogs up and he worked non-stop to repair my treadmill. Because it was still under warranty, I was not charged a fee, but he was extremely diligent and very professional in his work. Great resource that I will use again should I need additional work on my treadmill.
Steve arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional, completed work in expected time, no issues. I mentioned a noise problem when the treadmill raises and lowers and he told me what was causing it and why and said the company now has a part to fix it, which is easy to install ourselves and he would send it or drop it by, which I thought was nice of him.
